Job summary

Apogem Capital is seeking a Client Operations Associate in Richmond, VA to support client inquiries and process client transactions with speed and accuracy. This hybrid role requires collaboration across teams to ensure compliance and timely responses.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in client or customer service, strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills, and a proven ability to multi-task and manage data with attention to detail. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 4-year undergraduate degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in client/customer response role required
• Strong Excel, Word, Power Point and demonstrated data management skills
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to multi-task
• Has experience with new procedures and system implementation
• Ability to work within a team
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Prior alternative investment experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with clients regarding their accounts and questions they may have by providing timely and accurate responses.
• Work with incoming clients to process legal and compliance documentation in line with industry regulations under time sensitive constraints.
• Enter all client data and updates to internal systems (CRM and client portals) quickly and accurately so the firm is using the most up to date information.
• Assist in sending regular/standardized outbound emails to investors out of email system using templates (LP invitations, closing notifications, fundraising updates, etc.)
