Gen II Fund Services is seeking a Client Facing Project Manager to act as the primary liaison between clients and Gen II, guiding complex technology and data remediation initiatives through cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in project management, with client-facing experience in financial services, and a PMP or related certifications are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in client-facing roles.
• Proven track record managing complex technology and data projects in financial services.
• Experience with global fund administration or asset management operations preferred.
• Strong background in data remediation, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Relationship Management: be the primary client point of contact for project communications and escalations.
• Project Delivery & Execution: lead end-to-end client projects including technology enablement and data remediation.
• Data Remediation & Technology Enablement: oversee complex data remediation and collaborate with technical teams.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication: provide project reporting to clients and executive leadership, manage vendor relationships.
