Responsibilities

• Conduct sales conversations to identify a potential client’s needs and opportunities related to estate planning.
• Educate clients on our process and the firm-provided solutions when appropriate.
• Understand the client’s situation, determine whether we are the right fit, and guide qualified prospects through the next steps of retaining legal representation.
• Maintain a client-centric approach: avoid high-pressure tactics and ensure sales efforts align with the client’s best interests.
