United Placement Group is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join a practice-ready system with built-in client intake and ongoing support. You bring the legal expertise to close matters, while our model handles client acquisition, scheduling, and back-office tasks.

The role offers flexibility with part-time or full-time structures, remote-ready collaboration nationwide, and a platform for referrals and mentorship from a network of estate planning professionals.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and an active bar license in good standing (multi-state licensure a plus).
• 3+ years of estate planning or related practice experience.
• Experience with Medicaid asset protection and special needs planning.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, advise, and manage clients independently.
• Collaborate with a nationwide community of estate planning attorneys for collaboration and referrals.
• Provide strategic estate planning counsel while leveraging back-office support to focus on legal work.
