Job summary

UPS in Chelsea, MA is hiring for a hybrid Class A Driver/Dockworker. You will split time between driving tractor-trailers for timely pickups and deliveries and handling freight on the dock. Routes return you to your home terminal after each shift.

Requires HazMat endorsement, 2–5 years of tractor-trailer experience, and a clean driving record. Training, benefits, and opportunities for growth are included.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL in your home state with HazMat endorsement.
• 2–5 years of experience driving tractor-trailers.
• A clean driving record with zero accidents.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Scheduling flexibility for varied shifts including days/nights/weekends.
• Forklift experience or willingness to learn (training provided).
• Must pass a company road test, a DOT physical, drug screen, and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer to complete timely pickups and deliveries.
• Load, unload, scan, sort, and stock palletized freight on the dock.
• Use MHE and technology for efficient routing and cargo handling.
• Provide high-quality customer service and represent the brand positively.
