Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of claims management experience in Casualty/Specialty Lines.
• Proven leadership and people-management experience.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of coverage disputes, litigation, and claims processes.
• JD or equivalent legal background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of claims professionals in Casualty Programs and TPA oversight.
• Provide guidance and training to direct reports and external adjusters.
• Develop strategy for claims, settlements, and cost management.
• Collaborate with underwriters, litigators, and vendors and manage outside counsel.
• Report claim trends, data analyses, and risk assessments to leadership.
• Mentor staff and drive professional development.
