Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree
• License to practice law in Montana
• Interest in Montana’s workers’ compensation laws

Responsibilities

• Represent MSF before multiple forums including the Montana Department of Labor & Industry, the Workers’ Compensation Court, and the Montana Supreme Court
• Develop and implement litigation strategies; draft motions and briefs; conduct discovery and witness interviews; participate in mediations and trials
• Advise internal stakeholders on Montana law and provide legal training to internal clients
