Responsibilities

• Determine coverage and liability for claims.
• Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses to gather facts.
• Coordinate with appraisers to manage vehicle repairs.
• Negotiate with customers and carriers to resolve claims.
• Support claims processing during and after training.
