Progressive in Minnesota is hiring a claims adjuster trainee to learn how to help customers get back on the road after an accident. This is a phone-focused, hybrid role with in-office days chosen by local leadership and a 12-month training period, followed by in-person meetings as needed.

You will determine coverage and liability, interview claimants, coordinate with appraisers, and negotiate with customers and other carriers.

Qualifications

• Three years work experience or a Bachelor's degree or two years work experience with an Associate degree.
