The role focuses on sophisticated civil disputes within a collaborative litigation group and offers a hybrid work model with base pay ranging from $110,000 to $180,000 per year.

The ideal candidate holds a JD from an accredited law school and has at least 2 years of litigation experience, with strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Experience managing matters through discovery, motions, mediation, arbitration, or trial.

Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation matters including Construction, Products Liability, Premises Liability, and Commercial Litigation.
• Manage cases through all phases: discovery, motions, mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Provide proactive and collaborative client service.
• Attorneys from other civil litigation backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
