Qualifications

• 2-6 years of civil litigation experience
• Federal experience preferred
• In good standing with the State Bar
• Active Notary license preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist in the litigation of cases across multiple practice areas.
• Draft and file motions, briefs, and discovery materials.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare reports for senior counsel and clients.
• Represent clients in court appearances and depositions.
• Assist with trial preparation, including discovery and case strategy.
• Manage document filing and adherence to strict timelines using iManage
