Cambia Health is seeking a Citrix Systems Administrator III to support on-prem and DaaS Citrix environments across multiple offices in Salt Lake City, Boise, and others, including Springdale. The role requires strong Citrix/Windows Server expertise and collaboration with IT teams.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, a national pay structure, and a competitive full salary range with a 10% bonus target.

Qualifications

5+ years administering enterprise Citrix and Windows Server.
Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktops, DaaS, StoreFront, Delivery Controllers.
On-premises and cloud Citrix workloads.
Windows Server, AD, GPO, PowerShell, networking.
Troubleshoot Citrix performance, authentication, connectivity.
PowerShell/Citrix APIs for automation.
ITIL change/incident lifecycle knowledge.
Clear technical communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Administer and support Citrix VApps and Desktops and Citrix DaaS in on-prem/cloud.
Install, patch, upgrade, and maintain Citrix components, VDAs, Windows Server hosts, and services.
Manage Machine Catalogs, Delivery Groups, policies, apps, and master images.
Monitor health, capacity, user experience, and availability; resolve incidents.
Troubleshoot launch, profile, printing, authentication, network, session issues.
Automate tasks with PowerShell and Citrix tooling.
Plan changes, migrations, testing, rollback, and DR activities.
Maintain docs, diagrams, standards, procedures, and knowledge base.
Partner with security, networking, app, cloud, and vendor teams; mentor teams.
