Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Five or more years administering enterprise Citrix and Windows Server environments.
• Experience managing Citrix workloads across on-premises and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and Citrix DaaS across on‑premises and cloud environments.
• Install, configure, patch, upgrade, and maintain Citrix components, VDAs, Windows Server hosts, and supporting services.
• Manage Machine Catalogs, Delivery Groups, policies, published apps, and master images.
• Monitor platform health, capacity, user experience, and availability; resolve incidents.
• Automate admin and reporting tasks with PowerShell or Citrix tooling.
• Plan and execute Citrix changes, migrations, testing, and disaster recovery.
