Job summary

Wiregrass Georgia Technical College seeks a Computer Information Systems Instructor to teach at Ben Hill-Irwin, Coffee, and online. The role requires delivering CIS courses, using approved syllabi, maintaining grade books and records, and coordinating with campus staff to support student success.

A Master’s in CIS or related field plus three years of in-field experience are required; teaching experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Computer Information Systems or closely related field from an accredited institution
• Three (3) years in-field experience

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction to students in Computer Information Systems using appropriate teaching techniques
• Demonstrate use of testing and grading procedures and maintain grade books and records
• Follow approved course syllabi and complete documentation for assigned courses in a timely manner
• Teach at Ben Hill-Irwin campus and Coffee campus and online, coordinating across sites
