Nexon is seeking a Simplified Chinese Player Support Specialist in El Segundo, CA, to address T2 tickets and provide native-level support to MapleStory players. This role emphasizes culturally informed communication, data analysis for player issues, and collaboration with various teams to enhance player satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of game industry experience and fluency in Simplified Chinese and English. This position includes a hybrid work model and offers a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of game industry Player Support experience.
• 1+ year of handling escalated tickets (T2 and above).

Responsibilities

• Provide answers to player issues across multiple support channels.
• Coordinate with partners to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Create Simplified Chinese translations of documentation.
• Review outsource-handled tickets for proper procedures.
• Test existing live game operation tools.
• Investigate banned accounts for misconduct.
