Monarch Behavioral Health, PLLC - San Antonio TX seeks licensed therapists to provide outpatient individual therapy in-office and via telehealth. We value a warm, judgment-free environment and support for growth within a collaborative team.

Open roles include child/adolescent specialists and other licensed professionals; part-time (20 hrs/week) and full-time (30 hrs/week) positions with opportunities for mentoring and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling or social work and Texas licensure.
• Active, unrestricted license to practice in Texas (LPC/LCSW/LPC-A/LMSW/LPA/psychologist).
• Post-doctoral fellows welcome for growth and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site clinical counseling services as scheduled and per policy.
• Maintain accurate patient records and required clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with treatment teams and engage in meetings and supervision.
• Provide telehealth and in-office services with professional boundaries.
• Ensure compliance with ethics, laws, and organizational guidelines.
