Job summary

AHU Technologies Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a Change Management Specialist for the PASS Modernization Project to replace the current procurement system with a cloud solution. You will drive adoption, communication, and training while minimizing disruption.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 16+ years of experience with strong MS Office skills. Onsite four days per week. Interviews are webcam and in‑person.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Change Management, Communications, business, or related field, or equivalent experience is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Change management documentation with demonstrated writing and editing skills.
• Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate messages and target documents to a variety of audience.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to work onsite 4 days a week.
• Experience or familiarity with contract law or procurement processes is desired.
