Job summary

Onco360 in Waltham, MA is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician - Intake/Prescription Processing to support patients through the prescription journey.

This role requires attention to detail, strong math and medical terminology, and the ability to work with providers and pharmacists; hybrid work after onsite training; starting pay $24/hour with quarterly incentive bonus and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for those joining by Dec 31, 2026.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy technician experience and knowledge of terminology used in pharmacy practice.
• Ability to perform basic math and work with patient data accurately.
• Strong communication with patients, providers, and pharmacists.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Creates patient profiles and processes orders from electronic prescriptions and faxes.
• Requests refill prescriptions as appropriate.
• Manages incoming documents from the fax server.
• Generates and types prescriptions for pharmacist verification.
• Following up on outbound prescription transfers and clarifying patient data.
