Job summary

Atlantic Group seeks a Chief Compliance Officer in New York, reporting to the General Counsel. You will oversee daily investment compliance monitoring and help manage the firm’s compliance program, policies and procedures.

The role requires 8–12+ years in investment compliance, with strong exposure to private equity secondaries and a JD. Hybrid schedule, excellent benefits, base 250k–275k plus strong bonus.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years investment compliance experience at a growing private equity firm.
• JD required.
• Strong exposure to private equity secondaries.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of investment compliance requirements.
• Assist in overseeing the firm's compliance program, policies and procedures.
• Review regulatory conflicts under the Investment Company Act/Advisers Act (1940).
• Improve internal controls and compliance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with trading and portfolio management; review marketing materials.
• Manage Code of Ethics and regulatory compliance manual.
• Assist in regulatory filings (Form ADV, Form PF) and internal training.
• Prepare for regulatory inquiries or examinations and reports to senior management.
• Help build out the compliance team with the GC.
