Tripledot Studios is seeking an experienced Game Producer to build Hybrid Casual games from scratch, identifying opportunities, testing hypotheses, and guiding projects from concept to launch.

You will work with cross-functional teams including Game Design, Development, Art, Analytics, UA, and Creative to move ideas from hypothesis to validated product, using data-driven decision making.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience as a Game Producer, Product Manager, or Lead Game Designer in mobile games.
• Experience taking multiple concepts from idea to market validation.
• Portfolio of Hybrid Casual projects with clear hypotheses and results.

Aufgaben

• Create new games from scratch and turn opportunities into testable concepts.
• Research Hybrid Casual trends and market opportunities.
• Lead projects through early-stage validation and marketability testing.
• Define product hypotheses and validation criteria.
• Make go/kill decisions based on test results.
• Own early-stage product metrics such as CPI, CTR, retention, and ROAS.
• Develop core product with Game Design on gameplay, progression, monetization.
• Collaborate with UA and Creative teams to test opportunities.
• Manage cross-functional R&D team to validate product efficiently.
• Maintain a pipeline of concepts and experiments.
