Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred; associate degree with relevant experience accepted.
• Understanding of debits/credits, journal entries, and financial statements.
• Proficiency in learning and using accounting software and related tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for collaboration with clients and team

Mansioni

• Perform accounting functions such as bank reconciliations, coding expenses, payroll and equity reconciliations, bill payments, and accounts receivable for multiple entities
• Prepare financial records for general tax preparation, 1099s, and tangible personal property returns
• Compile financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis based on client needs
• Apply basic accounting principles and methods, including cash, accrual, and GAAP
• Interact with clients to gain a basic understanding of their financial affairs as directed by relationship managers
• Meet annual billable hour targets and contribute to firm productivity
• Participate in training and independent learning to enhance technical knowledge
