Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is seeking a Government Programs Partner Relations Consultant to serve as the primary relationship manager for delegated care coordination entities involved with MSHO and MSC+ programs. You will lead oversight, training, audits, and regulatory guidance to ensure compliance and high-quality member outcomes.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, problem solving, and strong communication with external partners.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Medicare/Medicaid professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (or alternative experience with +2 years).
• Ability to travel.

Aufgaben

• Represent the organization on internal and external work groups and maintain MSHO/MSC+ knowledge.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex care coordination issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement delegate oversight and coaching to strengthen partnerships.
• Monitor delegate performance against contracts and regulatory requirements.
