Job summary

Valley Health is seeking a Hybrid Cardiovascular Tech to support real-time radiologic imaging in the Hybrid Lab during cardiovascular procedures. The role requires preparation of patients and equipment, high-quality image creation, and close collaboration with physicians to optimize procedure efficiency.

Qualified candidates will have AMA-accredited Radiology Technology training, at least two years of hospital radiology experience, and ARRT certification with BLS and ACLS.

Qualifications

• Completion of an AMA accredited Radiology Technology program required.
• Two years clinical radiologic technologist experience in hospital or surgical setting required.
• ARRT certification and BLS/ACLS as specified are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in real-time surgery by evaluating radiologic options and imaging.
• Prepare patients and equipment for hybrid surgical procedures.
• Operate imaging equipment and document events in system.
• Ensure radiation safety and proper infection control.
• Supervise radiologic technology students during rotations.
