Job summary

Capital One is seeking a talented Recruiter to join our Students & Grads Talent Acquisition Team. This hybrid role focuses on attracting, engaging and retaining top talent to drive Capital One's transformation in banking.

You will manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, and leverage data to improve outcomes. The role supports high-volume recruiting, campus programs, and strategic initiatives, with on-site presence required at the designated office

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, human resources or client consulting or combination.

Responsibilities

• Full life-cycle recruitment including planning, sourcing, coordinating, and executing all stages of the recruitment process.
• Candidate management - highly organized, detailed oriented, and can effectively communicate with candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and business group or organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs.
• Work cross-functionally across a team of high performing recruiters.
• Effectively work with business partners on strategic initiatives and hiring strategy.
• Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners.
• Source stellar candidates using search engines, career sites, events and other sourcing techniques.
• Build relationships with candidates at a high-volume, direct them to the right role.
• Track high-volume candidate data in real-time with precision.
• Contribute to ad-hoc recruitment projects.
