Job summary

Capital One is looking for a talented Recruiter to join our Students & Grads Talent Acquisition Team. This is an exciting opportunity to infuse the organization with talent brokers for Capital One.

In partnership with your team, you will effectively manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process, provide consulting and guidance to our S&G Talent Acquisition teams and participate in projects that enhance the recruiting experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting or 1 year of experience in human resources or 1 year of client consulting experience or a combination of the three.
• Experience in recruiting or human resources or client consulting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Full life-cycle recruitment including planning, sourcing, coordinating, and executing all stages of the recruitment process.
• Candidate management - highly organized, detailed oriented, and can effectively communicate with candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and business group or organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs.
• Work cross-functionally across a team of high performing recruiters.
• Effectively work with business partners on strategic initiatives and hiring strategy.
• Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners.
• Source stellar candidates through search engines, career sites, events, and other sourcing techniques.
• Build relationships with candidates at a high-volume, understanding interest and directing them to the right role.
• Track high-volume candidate data in real-time with precision.
• Contribute to ad-hoc recruitment projects.
