A leading company in customer service is seeking candidates for a high-volume call center position. The role requires bilingual fluency and offers flexible scheduling with a competitive hourly wage of $23. Training is paid, and the position is primarily remote with excellent benefits including medical, dental, and retirement options.

REQUIREMENT: EXPERIENCE IN A HIGH VOLUME CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTER WITH 80-100+ CALLS PER DAY.
LANGUAGE FLUENCY: BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH/SPANISH OR ENGLISH/CANTONESE OR MANDARIN. FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE NEEDED.
SHIFTS: START AS EARLY AS 5AM, WITH VARIOUS SHIFTS THROUGHOUT THE DAY, INCLUDING 10AM-7PM.
TRAINING AND WORK ARRANGEMENTS: 4-WEEKS TRAINING PAID, 95% REMOTE WITH SOME IN-PERSON MEETINGS IN NORTH HOLLYWOOD. TRAINING HOURS ARE 8AM-5PM, M-F. POST-TRAINING SCHEDULE MAY INCLUDE 1-2 SATURDAYS PER MONTH (OVERTIME).
EQUIPMENT AND REQUIREMENTS: PROVIDED EQUIPMENT, STRONG INTERNET, QUIET WORKSPACE, TOUCH TYPING, OUTLOOK, DUAL SCREENS, AND REMOTE WORK EXPERIENCE DESIRABLE.
BACKGROUND CHECKS AND VACCINATIONS: FULL BACKGROUND CHECK, TB TEST, DRUG SCREEN, AND REQUIRED VACCINES OR DECLINATIONS WITH SIGNATURE.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: HOURLY RATE OF $23/HOUR, EXCELLENT BENEFITS (MEDICAL, DENTAL, VISION, RETIREMENT, HOLIDAYS), PERFORMANCE BONUSES, AND GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES.
