Qualifications

• Experience with cabinet installation, millwork, or finish carpentry.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and measurements with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of construction practices, building materials, and installation hardware relevant to cabinetry and casework.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt installations on-site to real-world conditions.
• Reliable transportation to project sites in and around Daleville, IN, and willingness to work in a hybrid on-site/remote arrangement.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, project managers, and shop teams.
• Ability to lift, move, and position cabinetry and materials, and to follow OSHA safety guidelines.
• Prior experience in custom woodworking or cabinet installation is preferred; relevant technical training or apprenticeship is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install custom cabinets and architectural millwork on-site following specifications.
• Read and interpret plans and shop drawings to verify measurements and level installation.
• Coordinate with project managers and shop personnel to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Perform minor on-site adjustments and repairs; maintain tools and equipment.
