Qualifications

• Eight or more years in claims management with supervisory experience.
• California claims experience is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational management for California offices.
• Establish policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Develop business plans and monitor office performance.
• Coordinate sales and client service efforts.
• Lead, train, and develop staff; manage budgets and P&L.
