Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a litigation associate attorney for its Los Angeles, CA office. This hybrid role allows for direct client contact and courtroom experience, working on cases that significantly impact California employment law.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar License required.
• 2+ years of employment law experience (wage & hour, PAGA, FLSA).
• Litigation experience required; public sector experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct substantive witness interviews.
• Manage discovery and case strategy.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Appear and argue motions in court.
• Draft dispositive motions, including demurrers and anti-SLAPP motions.

Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
