Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role in technology.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Strong skills in creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience collaborating with software engineering and technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, challenges, and outcomes.
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions and discovery meetings.
• Translate needs into detailed requirements including user stories and use cases.
• Develop process flows, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
• Refine requirements with Product Owners and technical teams.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and QA activities.
• Facilitate meetings with business and technical stakeholders.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps impacting delivery.
• Contribute to testing and UAT while validating requirements.
