Job summary

Goodfit is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to own requirements gathering, write user stories and documentation, and conduct thorough testing prior to deployments. The BA will align business and developer stakeholders using Visio and Adobe XD.

This is a hybrid role: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote in New Jersey. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential as the BA documents workflows, creates UI mockups, and supports service desk issues.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong Microsoft Visio skills.
Experience with developing systems via a structured SDLC methodology.
Experience with testing, training.
Experience with UI design.
Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and work flows, and propose areas for improvement.
Ability to gather data via diverse means (interviews, observation, surveys, existing written documentation) and interpret relevant information.
Ability to document storyboards, screen mockups, wireframes, system flows, interfaces, use cases, and business rules.
Customer Service / Helpdesk experience.
4-year college degree.

Responsibilities

Develop and document business requirements, create User Interface mockups, assist the technical teams in the development and documentation of technical requirements, test the resultant software (including user Acceptance Testing).
Create instruction manuals and teach the system to end users. May perform limited project management functions.
Document issues, verify data and analyze tickets, and perform testing for service desk support.
