Qualifications

• Eligibility for Louisiana RN license.
• 4 years of clinical experience in med/surg nursing, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong background in nursing education.
• Excellent clinical skills and commitment to patient care quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop instructional material in a hybrid format for BSN courses.
• Participate in curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation for the program.
• Evaluate student clinical performance and advise on academic curricula.
• Engage in scholarship of teaching through presentations/publications; participate in university and profession service.
