A respected heavy civil contractor in Northern Utah is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Superintendent to lead recently awarded bridge construction projects. Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in heavy civil construction, particularly bridge and structural concrete work. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing project details, and ensuring safety compliance. This is a hands-on position requiring strong leadership and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in heavy civil construction.
• Proven ability to manage both field operations and project administration.
• OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day field operations for bridge projects.
• Manage all phases of construction as Project Manager and Superintendent.
• Lead underground utility scopes tied to bridge projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and municipalities.
• Maintain daily reporting and project documentation.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality requirements.
• Direct and mentor field crews for productivity and safety.
