Job summary

UNC Health Caldwell in western North Carolina seeks a clinically oriented radiologist with Breast Imaging expertise to join our team. The role includes interpretation of mammography, breast ultrasound, and MRI, plus image-guided procedures, in a hybrid model with on-site and teleradiology work.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Radiology with subspecialty in Breast Imaging.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Radiology residency program.
• Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Interpret breast imaging studies including mammography, ultrasound, and MRI.
• Perform image-guided breast procedures such as biopsies and localizations.
• Contribute to hybrid on-site and teleradiology reading for diagnostic and breast screening cases.
