Job summary

tms is seeking a visionary Design Director based in Seattle for a hybrid role. You will lead the in‑house design team across concept development, packaging, and production artwork, bringing our brands to life and driving growth.

The role requires 10+ years of design leadership, collaboration across cross-functional teams, and a strong focus on trend forecasting and storytelling. The position reports to the SVP of Global Product & Creative and requires on‑site presence with some travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design or related creative discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of design and creative leadership experience across multiple categories.
• Experience leading and mentoring design teams across global brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of brand narratives across portfolio.
• Direct in-house design across concept development, illustration, packaging, and production artwork.
• Set goals, timelines, and resources for creative initiatives; communicate with stakeholders.
