Job summary

Hart in Washington, DC seeks a Copywriter to contribute immediately in a hybrid role, with in-person Tuesdays through Thursdays at our offices in Toledo, Detroit, or Columbus. The role builds out concepts and copy across campaigns and formats, supported by a strong editorial foundation.

The ideal candidate blends sharp writing with brand voice fluency and collaborative energy. You will develop ideas, write for multiple channels, and work with teams to bring thinking to life in words.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of copywriting experience.
• Be able to work hybrid in one of our office locations.
• Cocktail or liquor expertise, either in portfolio or personal life.
• Fluent in social media work.

Responsibilities

• Concept and write across channels including broadcast, digital, social, print, and brand.
• Translate briefs and strategic direction into compelling copy.
• Write across a range of brand voices and formats while maintaining editorial standards.
• Contribute ideas during ideation and team collaboration.
• Present work to internal teams with a clear point of view.
• Incorporate feedback to strengthen the work.
• Balance multiple projects and deadlines with attention to craft and detail.
