Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of labor & employment and/or litigation experience.
• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar required; additional state admissions a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on employment law matters.
• Advise employer clients on day-to-day workplace issues.
• Draft and revise employee handbooks and policies.
• Prepare statements and responses to EEOC and state agency charges.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court submissions.
• Assist with discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas to deliver client service.
