Job summary

Guiding Stars ABA, a Finni Health company, is hiring a BCBA or BCaBA for an in-person role in Virginia Beach, VA. Join a mission-driven team delivering evidence-based behavioral health services to children and families.

You will conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized behavior plans, supervise BTs/RBTs, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation and staying current with research.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCaBA Certification
• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills
• Empathy, patience, and a commitment to client-centered care
• Reliable transportation
• Active CPR Certification
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness and physical ability to work directly with children (lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, sit on the floor, etc.)

Pay: $40-$90 per hour
BCBA $60-$90 per hour
BCaBA $40 to $45 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday based on client needs
