Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Pay Range: $90 - $120/hour
Part-Time: 9 hours/week
Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
Location: Hagerston, MD
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) License required.
Ability to provide 25% of services in-person in Hagerstown, MD - required.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
