Job summary

Actify ABA in Columbia, MD is seeking an experienced BCBA - LBA to join a hybrid team. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and provide ongoing training for staff.

The role offers competitive pay ranging from $95 to $110 per hour with full-time (25 hours/week) or part-time options, flexible shifts, and strong back-office support to reduce admin burden.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
