Ability Builders in Northern Virginia is hiring BCBAs to provide ABA services to children with autism. Must be located in VA or MD.

The role includes behavioral assessments, developing goals and behavior support plans, supervising technicians, and family training. Schedule is Monday–Friday with weekends as needed; BCBA and Virginia LBA licenses required. Full-time or contract position, relocation assistance available.

• BCBA certification is required.
• Virginia LBA license is required.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be required to:

• Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures and functional assessment measures.
• Develop individualized goals and objectives for programs and design behavior support plans based on functional assessment data
• Ensure appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the continual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individual goals and objectives.
• Be responsible to oversee ongoing individual program, conduct regular supervision meetings with behavior technicians, and also render family training sessions as prescribed in the indiviual treatment plans (ITP)
