Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is urgently hiring BCBAs to provide ABA services to children with autism in Northern Virginia or Maryland. Must be located in VA or MD and work in a professional, ethical environment with support and technology-driven processes.

The role involves conducting assessments, developing goals, implementing behavior plans, supervising technicians, and delivering family training as outlined in individual treatment plans. Schedule is Monday–Friday, with weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Virginia LBA/license is required.
• Ability to supervise behavior technicians and conduct family training.

Responsibilities

• Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise behavioral assessments and functional assessment measures.
• Develop individualized goals and programs based on functional data.
• Ensure data systems collect quantifiable behavioral data for constant plan evaluation.
• Oversee ongoing individual programs, supervise technicians, and provide family training per ITP.

In this role, you will be required to:

• Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures and functional assessment measures.
• Develop individualized goals and objectives for programs and design behavior support plans based on functional assessment data
• Ensure appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the continual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individual goals and objectives.
• Be responsible to oversee ongoing individual program, conduct regular supervision meetings with behavior technicians, and also render family training sessions as prescribed in the indiviual treatment plans (ITP)

• Weekend as needed
