Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Part-Time Home & Community BCBA in Pasadena to provide behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and clinical supervision in natural environments. You will collaborate with families, technicians, and clinical leaders to support meaningful, real-world skill development on a schedule that works for you.

This role offers a true part-time schedule with local travel, autonomy in session scheduling, and strong clinical support from Regional Clinical

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Minimum of 2+ years of ABA experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Experience conducting FBAs and writing BIPs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, high-quality care.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Utilize developmentally appropriate assessments, including Vineland-3 and others as appropriate.
• Provide ABA services in home and community settings.
• Collect, monitor, and analyze behavioral data to guide clinical decision-making.
• Coach caregivers and Behavior Technicians on evidence-based strategies.
• Supervise RBTs/Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment fidelity (as applicable).
• Deliver caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
• Implement proactive behavior support and crisis prevention strategies.
• Participate in clinical meetings and trainings as available.
