Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center in Portage, Indiana is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead best-in-class ABA programs. You will design individualized goals, emphasize communication, independence, and self-advocacy, and apply a neuroaffirming, assent-based, trauma-informed approach to care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential and Indiana licensure eligibility.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and collaborate with SLP-BCBAs.
• Experience with trauma-informed, ethical ABA care.

Responsibilities

• Design individualized ABA programs prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy.
• Provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with dually certified SLP-BCBAs and maintain ethical practices.

Requirements
