Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a BCBA in Indiana to design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy. You will work within a neuroaffirming, assent-based framework and contribute to ethical, trauma-informed care.

Join a team with mentorship, ongoing training, and a quarterly bonus program, plus flexible schedules including work-from-home days and strong RBT training. State licensure or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• BCBA credential and/or eligibility for licensure in Indiana.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and provide clinical oversight.
• Commitment to trauma-informed, ethical care and neuroaffirming practices.

Responsibilities

• Design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence and self-advocacy.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to therapy staff and RBTs.
• Collaborate with SLP-BCBAs and participate in co-treat sessions.
• Contribute to ongoing clinical growth pathways and mentorship programs.

Requirements

• Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
• Must have state licensure or be eligible to obtain state licensure
• Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technician

Salary Description

Up to $90,000/year + quarterly bonuses
