Blossom ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a BCBA for a full-time hybrid role in Georgia. The position involves telehealth and in-person service delivery, supervision of RBTs/BTs, and collaboration with families and schools to promote client progress.

You will conduct assessments, develop and adjust treatment plans, analyze data, and ensure proper documentation while maintaining a strong commitment to evidence-based ABA practices.

Qualificações

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Licensed GA LBA required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and BTs helpful.
• Strong clinical judgment and evidence-based ABA practices.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, reassess, and update programs based on progress.
• Provide telehealth and in-person services in a balanced hybrid model.
• Analyze clinical data and make evidence-based treatment decisions.
• Supervise RBTs and BTs via observation, coaching, and feedback.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, schools, and other professionals to promote progress.
• Provide caregiver training and support for implementing treatment strategies.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation complying with payer and state rules.
• Proactively communicate scheduling, technology, or service barriers.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, complete reassessments, and update programs based on client progress and clinical needs.

• Provide a balanced combination of telehealth and in-person clinical services.

• Analyze clinical data and make timely, evidence-based treatment decisions.

• Supervise RBTs and BTs through observation, coaching, training, and meaningful performance feedback.

• Collaborate with caregivers, families, schools, and other professionals to promote consistency and progress across settings.

• Provide caregiver training and support to help families implement effective treatment strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with payer, privacy, telehealth, and state requirements.

• Proactively communicate scheduling, technology, travel, or other service-related barriers.

What We’re Looking For

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.

• Active GA LBA.

• Experience with clinical supervision, treatment planning, data analysis, and caregiver collaboration.

• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to evidence-based ABA practices.

• Reliable internet access and a private, professional environment suitable for telehealth.

• Ability and willingness to travel for required in-person services.

• Strong organizational skills, independence, and responsive communication.

• A collaborative, client-centered approach to clinical care.
