Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking a part-time BCBA to join our flexible hybrid team. You’ll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs and BTs, and coordinate with families and schools to promote consistent progress.

Remote and in-person services will be balanced based on client needs, with a commitment to high-quality clinical care, data-driven decisions, and compliant documentation. This role offers supportive supervision and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst credential required or in good standing.
• Active Tennessee Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) status required.
• Experience supervising RBTs/BTs and providing data-driven supervision.
• Proficient with telehealth platforms and remote data collection.
• Willingness to travel for required in-person services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop and update treatment plans, complete reassessments, and update programs based on client progress.
• Provide a combination of telehealth and in-person services based on client, clinical, and program requirements.
• Review and analyze clinical data to make timely, evidence-based treatment decisions.
• Supervise RBTs and BTs through observation, coaching, training, and feedback.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, schools, and other professionals to promote consistency and progress across settings.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with payer, privacy, telehealth, and state requirements.
• Proactively communicate scheduling, technology, travel, or service-related barriers.
