Job summary

Guiding Stars ABA, a Finni Health company, is hiring a BCBA/BCaBA in Virginia Beach, VA. The position supports in-person and hybrid delivery with flexible scheduling to meet client needs.

You will assess, plan, and deliver individualized behavioral interventions for children with autism, supervise BTs/RBTs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure best outcomes. Training and HIPAA-compliant documentation are required.

Qualifications

• BCaBA Certification required
• Bachelor’s Degree in ABA or related field
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills
• Empathy, patience and client-centered care
• Reliable transportation
• Active CPR Certification (we can assist)
• Able to pass background check and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities

• Ability to pass a background check (required by funding sources)
• Willingness and physical ability to work directly with children (lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, sit on the floor, etc.)
