Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on bioinformatics experience in industry or academia.
• Experience in cancer is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compile and harmonize de-identified patient meta-data from multiple resources.
• Develop automated scripts to help harmonize datasets.
• Load formatted datasets into a proprietary interface.

Skills

Strong coding skills in R

Experience in Python

Background in bioinformatics

Experience working with RNA-Seq

Education

Bachelor's degree in bioinformatics, biology, computer science or related field
