Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a call center-type environment with a strong customer service record.
• Secondary language skill: Portuguese with English - A Must!
• Knowledge of network routing and switching concepts is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for partners and end customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Troubleshoot configuration, network, and software issues for IP network cameras and security solutions.
• Document cases clearly and escalate to Software/Hardware Engineering as needed.
• Mentor teammates and develop subject matter expertise to improve service delivery.
